DAY 01 - DELHI
On arrival in Delhi, your North India Experience Tour representative
will help you check-in at a hotel, where you will be greeted
warmly. The hospitality is heartwarming and you will immediately
fall in love with India.
DAY 02 - DELHI
Visit the various historical monuments on the second day of
your North India Experience Tour with Taj Hub. The Jama Masjid,
Red Fort, Raj Ghat, and bylanes of Chandni Chowk will captivate
you. After lunch, set out on a journey to visit the attractions
of New Delhi. The Qutub Minar, Bahai Temple and India Gate,
along with the new shopping malls will keep you busy. Stay at
your hotel for the night.
DAY 03 - DELHI - ALWAR
After breakfast, proceed to Alwar in Rajasthan on a four-hour
road journey. After arrival, check-in at your hotel and relax
until the evening. Then, explore the city. It has beautiful
palaces, museums and shopping zones. Have dinner in your Alwar
hotel and stay here overnight.
DAY 04 - ALWAR - JAIPUR
North India Experience Tour takes you to Jaipur, the capital
of Rajasthan. From Alwar, Jaipur is a two-hour drive. On reaching
Jaipur, you can rest in your hotel for the afternoon and go
on a shopping spree in the late evening. Dinner and overnight
stay in the hotel.
DAY 05 - JAIPUR
After breakfast, get ready for the next step of your North India
Experience Tour - Jaipur exploration. Visit the Jantar Mantar,
City Palace, Hawa Mahal and the Amber Fort. An elephant ride
is the best way to explore the Amber Fort, which consists of
beautiful palaces and gardens.
DAY 06 - JAIPUR - AGRA
A drive of five hours from Jaipur takes you to Agra, one of
the most renowned cities of Uttar Pradesh. You can also visit
the splendid town of Fatehpur Sikri on your way to Agra. After
arrival, check into a hotel and rest for the day.
DAY 07 - AGRA - KHAJURAHO
One of the Seven Wonders of the World, the magnificent Taj Mahal
is the highlight of Agra. Built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan
in the memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal, the Taj Mahal
is matchless in its architectural brilliance and elegance.
From the Agra airport, board a flight for Khajuraho, the city
of temples. On arrival here, explore the local sites and stay
in your hotel for the night.
DAY 08 - KHAJURAHO - VARANASI
Post breakfast, pay a visit to the innumerable temples in this
town as part of your North India Experience Tour. The Eastern
Group of Temples, built by Chandela rulers is the biggest attraction
here. Then proceed from one religious hub to another. Take a
flight to Varanasi - the oldest living city. After check-in
rest in the hotel for the leftover part of the day.
DAY 09 - VARANASI
Early morning, leave for a visit to the ghats, or bathing steps
on the holy Ganges. The sound of temple bells and the chanting
of prayers are the only noises heard amidst the tranquility
of this city. Take a dip in the sacred waters of the Ganga for
emancipation from your sins. In the evening you can walk around
the various famous educational institutions in Varanasi. Overnight
stay at hotel.
DAY 10 - VARANASI - DELHI
A visit to Varanasi will be incomplete without an excursion
to Sarnath, a major pilgrimage site for Buddhists. Sarnath is
the place where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon. Then,
from here take a flight to Delhi. The memorable North India
Experience Tour ends with your boarding of a flight for a journey
back home.
