DAY 01 - DELHI
On the first day of your Fantasy North India Tour, you will
be escorted to the a popular Delhi hotel on your arrival in
Delhi. Take some rest as you prepare yourself for a memorable
voyage ahead. Stay in the hotel for the night.
DAY 02 - DELHI
Visit the various historical monuments on the second day of
your Fantasy North India Tour with Taj Hub. The Jama Masjid,
Red Fort, Raj Ghat, and bylanes of Chandni Chowk will captivate
you. After lunch, set out on a journey to visit the attractions
of New Delhi. The Qutub Minar, Bahai Temple and India Gate,
along with the new shopping malls will keep you busy. Stay at
your hotel for the night.
DAY 03 - DELHI - RISHIKESH
Rishikesh is a 234-kilometer journey from Delhi. Drive to Rishikesh
on the third day of your Fantasy North India Tour and head to
your pre-booked room at a hotel. Known for its temples and Ashrams,
the little city of Rishikesh is serenity at its best. Attend
an Aarti (worship ceremony) in the evening at the Gita Bhawan.
Have dinner in your hotel and spend the night.
DAY 04 - RISHIKESH - HARIDWAR
Have an early breakfast and start exploring the sites of Rishikesh
with a professional guide provided by Fantasy North India Tour.
Visit the Laxman Jhoola, Triveni Ghat, Swarg Ashram and Bharat
Temple.
From Rishikesh, drive to Haridwar that is about 40 minutes from
here. Visit the Dakshamadev Temple, Mansa Devi, Chandi Devi
and Ramakrishna Mission. You just cannot afford to miss the
captivating evening Aarti at the Ganga ghat. Here, you can also
take a dip in the holy waters of the river. Return to your hotel
for an overnight stay.
DAY 05 - RISHIKESH - DELHI
Leave for Delhi and again check-in at the same hotel. You have
this day entirely to yourself.
DAY 06 - DELHI - JAIPUR
Post your breakfast, proceed for Jaipur, which is about 270
kilometers from Delhi. On arrival, get lodged at a heritage
hotel of Jaipur. Spend the major part of the evening shopping
in Jaipur. The Johri Bazaar is a great place to shop for some
enameled jewelry. Also buy some beautiful kurtis and jooties.
Overnight stay at hotel.
DAY 07 - JAIPUR
After breakfast, get ready for the next step of your Fantasy
North India Tour - Jaipur exploration. Visit the Jantar Mantar,
City Palace, Hawa Mahal and the Amber Fort. An elephant ride
is the best way to explore the Amber Fort, which consists of
beautiful palaces and gardens.
Visit the Jaipur Museum. It has an interesting collection of
artifacts, manuscripts, palanquins, paintings, coins, armory,
etc. Return to hotel for an overnight stay.
DAY 08 - JAIPUR - AGRA
From Jaipur, undertake a 260-km journey to Agra, the city of
the celebrated Taj Mahal. Visit the Mughal town of Fatehpur
Sikri en route. Built primarily by emperor Akbar, the complex
has quite a few magnificent structures.
After reaching Agra, check-in at a hotel. Spend rest of the
day at leisure.
DAY 09 - AGRA - KHAJURAHO
Visit the Taj Mahal on the ninth day of your Fantasy North India
Tour. Exemplifying Mughal architecture, the Taj is one of the
most spectacular structures of the world. The monument, built
by emperor Shah Jahan in the memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal,
epitomizes timeless love.
Also visit the Agra Fort, which houses quite a few beautiful
palaces and towers. Have lunch in the hotel and proceed to the
airport for a flight to Khajuraho. On reaching this city of
temples, check-in at a hotel and start an expedition of the
numerous religious sites here.
Temples like Vamana, Guru Ghantal, Kandariya Mahadeo, Chitragupta,
Devi Jagdambi and Lakshmana are must-see in the town of Khajuraho.
Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
DAY 10 - KHAJURAHO - VARANASI
You have the morning all to yourself. After lunch, Fantasy North
India Tour's next step is a flight to Varanasi. After checking
into a hotel, relax for the rest of the day.
DAY 11 - VARANASI
Get set for a spiritual journey through Varanasi on the 11th
day of your Fantasy North India Tour. One of the biggest religious
centers for Hindus, Varanasi is also known as Banaras and Kashi.
Picturesque ghats, sparkling waters of the Ganga, chiming of
temple bells, priests and devotees singing hymns - Varanasi
is all of this and much more.
When in Varanasi, you should make sure to take a dip in the
Ganga early in the morning. This is believed to be a process
that liberates one's soul of all sins.
Have lunch in your hotel and depart for an excursion to Sarnath,
which is ten kms from here. Sarnath is that little town where
Lord Buddha preached his first discourse. One of the greatest
followers of Buddhism, Emperor Ashoka, erected a stupa here.
In the evening, return to your hotel in Varanasi for an overnight
stay.
DAY 12 - VARANASI - DELHI - ONWARD DESTINATION
After breakfast, tour of Fantasy North India now entails a flight
to Delhi from where you can proceed for your onward destination.
