Day 01: Delhi
On arrival in Delhi, you will met by a Taj Hub representative
who will escort you to your hotel. Relax and stay overnight
at the hotel.
Day 02: Delhi - Jaipur
As part of the Camel and Fort Tour, drive to
the "pink city" of Jaipur in the evening. On arrival,
set out on a visit to the Amer Fort. In the afternoon, you will
be taken on a sightseeing tour around Jaipur. Some of the attractions
include the Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar and the City Palace. Stay
overnight stay at a luxury hotel in Jaipur.
Day 03: Jaipur - Jodhpur
A seven-hour drive will take you to the royal city of Jodhpur.
Check into a hotel on arrival in the afternoon. Rest awhile
before proceeding for a half-day tour around Jodhpur. Some of
the attractions of this "blue city" include the Mehrangarh
Fort, Moti Mahal, Phool Mahal and the Rang Mahal. Return
for an overnight stay at your hotel in Jodhpur.
Day 04: Jodhpur - Lathi
Visit the Mehrangarh Fort in the morning before
driving to Lathi, the starting point of your camel safari. You
will be met by our camp staff and camel men, who will look after
your comfort and entertainment throughout your camel safari.
Your overnight stay will be in the camp, complete with campfires
and musical entertainment by local artists.
Day 05: Lathi - Dalasar
On day 5 of the Camel and Fort Tour, you will
start your 17 km long camel safari to Dilsar. On arrival, enjoy
a sumptuous dinner before retiring for the night.
Day 06: Dalasar - Mulana
After breakfast, embark on a camel safari to Mulana. On arrival
at your camp in Mulana, enjoy a grand campfire dinner. Overnight
stay at the Mulana camp.
Day 07: Mulana - Zarat
Enjoy an early breakfast before indulging in a Camel Caravan
to Zarat. On arrival, enjoy a sumptuous dinner before retiring
for the night.
Day 08: Zarat - Jaisalmer
On the eighth day of the Camel and Fort Tour,
enjoy a scrumptious breakfast at the camp before embarking on
a camel safari to Jaisalmer. Check in at a hotel on arrival
and relax for the remaining part of the day. Dinner and overnight
stay will be at the hotel in Jaisalmer.
Day 09: Jaisalmer
As part of the Camel and Fort Tour, visit the exquisite palaces,
forts and havelis of Jaisalmer. Also indulge in an excursion
to the famous Sam sand dunes where you can enjoy camel rides
and jeep safaris. Besides, you will love to see the golden sun
setting over the horizon during your trip to the Sam sand dunes.
Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 10: Jaisalmer - Delhi
Spend the day at leisure before transferring to the railway
station to board an overnight train to Delhi.
Day 11: Departure
Arrive at the Delhi Cant. Railway Station in the morning. A
car will be waiting to transfer you to a hotel. Later in the
evening, drive to the Indira Gandhi International airport to
board your return flight back home.
